A northern Italian tradition crafted with beef eye round, seasoned and cured for two months. Its rich, bold flavors of thyme, juniper, and black pepper carry notes of toasted nuts and red wine. Our Bresaola is a beautiful complement to salads, hard cheeses, even dark chocolate, and will be the star on a pizza or charcuterie board.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship over the weekend. Most orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery is available in your area. We will notify you with a tracking number once your package ships.
