How do you ensure the cheese stays fresh during shipping?
We use specialized insulated thermal liners and non-toxic cold packs to maintain a controlled temperature. Our shipping schedules are optimized to ensure your cheese spends the minimum amount of time in transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to ensure our products arrive fresh and within safe temperature guidelines. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
How should I store my cheese once it arrives?
We recommend removing the cheese from its shipping container immediately and placing it in the vegetable crisper of your refrigerator. Keep it wrapped in wax or parchment paper to allow the cheese to breathe.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Are your cheeses pasteurized?
Most of our selection is made from pasteurized milk. For our raw milk varieties, we strictly adhere to USDA aging regulations. Each product page specifies whether the cheese is pasteurized or raw.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes, you can add a personalized gift message during the checkout process. We do not include pricing information on the packing slips for orders marked as gifts.
